Emma joined Fortitude Personal Training in 2019. She was originally one of Jon’s personal training clients and her love of the gym led her to coaching. You’ll regularly find Emma competing in functional fitness and CrossFit events. Emma’s background as a project manager means she’s the ideal person to plan out your fitness journey.

• Advanced anatomy and physiology
• Principles of nutrition for physical activity
• Programming personal training with clients
• Delivering personal training sessions
Jon founded Fortitude Personal Training in 2017 and has worked as an instructor and personal trainer in a number of gyms. He’s a strength and conditioning specialist and has competed in numerous functional fitness and CrossFit competitions. Outside of the gym Jon plays field hockey for Harrogate and his enthusiasm will motivate anyone
