Most personal training relies on having a gym membership or access to a gym and attending regular, scheduled sessions. That’s not for everyone, and thats where our online coaching programme comes in.
Instead of meeting your trainer at a gym, we’ll send you personalised programming based on your needs and ability. You’re then free to complete these in your own time. Some of our clients want programming they can use at the gym, using specialist equipment. Others save money on gym membership by only working out at home, using equipment they have available or bodyweight exercises.
But whatever your goals, our easy-to-follow, personalised programmes are great for everyone. It doesn’t matter where you are, what your ability is, or even if you have access to a gym! Everyone can benefit from online coaching.
On its simplest level, online coaching is very similar to regular personal training. You’ll be assigned an experienced coach, who will assess your needs and goals, then plan a regular exercise programme for you to follow.
But instead of meeting your coach at the gym, you’ll receive your regular programming via the PTminder system, either by email or through an app. You’ll complete your exercise programme in your own time at a location of your choice, send your results back to your coach, and achieve your fitness goals with online coaching.
